Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Prices do not include taxes. CornerHuisMain is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. That is why we will independently verify guests before the commencement of each booking. Please note, this will form part of our check-in process. **Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. **Please note**: Before your booking begins, we allow you to purchase a damage waiver for a small fee of $35.00.
